HOME ORGANIZING

    Some people just want a pal to help them go through their clutter.  We can usually assess your situation over the phone, and then schedule an appointment.  We will begin with a home tour.  This can last up to 15 minutes, and sometimes, but rarely, up to 30 minutes.  This service is a great solution for people who need to downsize, preparing to move into a new home, or have lived in the same home for many years, and their accumulated belongings have become overwhelming.         

    During our session, we'll help you sort, purge, temporarily containerize and label your items.  We promise we will NOT be judgemental in anyway.  There is no need for you to be embarrassed about your surroundings or situation at hand. It is vital that you are involved in this process because nothing will be removed without your permission! Then we'll design and implement your newly organized area to meet your needs within your budget. Your presence and involvement in this step is requested, but not critical.

ERRAND RUNS

    Running errands can be very stressful when you have a long-to-do list, dealing with traffic, crazy work schedule, and lack of time. It seems impossible that their is not enought time to get everything done when you have to joggle multiple things. 

    Extra Help, LLC provide a wide range of personal errand runnings that caters to your needs and preferences. We are here to help you every step of the way so that you can focus on relaxing. 

    Our most popular errand services include grocery and personal shopping, picking up prescriptions, delivering meals, returning library books, returns/exchanges, and laundry. If there is a specific errand you need, just ask. Our goal is to make your life run smoother.

MEAL PREPARATIONS

    Had a long day or week at work? Don't have time to cook or make a healthy meal for yourself? Our Personal Assistance services include two options of meal preparations. This service goes along with grocery shopping by the week. We have two options when it comes to meal preparations. 

 

Option 1: We prep food for you to cook for the rest of the week. (Service Currently Unavailable)

 

Option 2: We prep your meals for the rest of the week. All you have to do is warm it up and eat.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

    We understand that life gets busy and the laundy can get piled up very quickly. That is why Extra Help, LLC created three laundry solutions that saves you time and energy. It's very simple.

1.    Hire our staff as a Personal Assistant and we will include it in the $60.00 per hour session. We will wash all your clothes in your home, fold and put it away for you. Prices may vary and will be determined by how long it takes for us to complete the job.

 

2.    If you are using our Cleaning Service and want laundry included. Then your quote will include laundry services. Prices may vary and will be determined on what is required for us to complete the job. 

 

3.    If you only want Laundry Service then our team will schedule and appointment to shows up, gather all your clothes and put them in our two option laundry bags. Your price will depends on how many bags we have to clean. We pick up, wash, fold, and return to you on selected dates. We provide only Tide Laundry Detergent. If you have specific allergy requirements please provide us with your own detergent.

Mid-Day Dog Walks - Pets are taken out for bathroom breaks, exercise, socialization & TLC while you’re at work!  paw stretch and potty break. Neighborhood walk for more exercise and socialization with other dogs. neighborhood or trail pack walk. $5.00 = Each additional pet. Rates are based on 1 pet.

 

Pet Sitting - The perfect solution for your domestic pet care needs while you are on vacation. Include morning and evening shift visits and over night stay. Rates varies based on customer request. 

 

House Sitting (no pets) - Added home security and TLC while you're gone. House checks where we come by to bring in mail, identify problems, check house, etc. Rates apply to assignments up to 14-days. For longer assignments, clients can negotiate a reduced rate. For select cases, a bartering arrangement might be considered.

 

EXTRA FEES - $10.00 Holiday surcharge per visit made on the following holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

 

Key pick up or drop off: $15.00

 

Last-minute reservation fee when requests are made with less than 24-hrs notice (documented true emergencies will be considered and the fee waived):

 

Late payment fee: $25.00 for every month balances are not paid in full

 

Cancellations must be made 48-hours in advance without incurring full cost of the pet sitting.
